Winemaking and fermentation: The destemmed grapes are pressed with the help of a pneumatic press and the must obtained ferments at a temperature of 16°C in steel tanks. The wine obtained remais in steel tanks and frequent pumping over is carried out when it is decided to proceed with bottling.
Aging: Before release, the Vermentino remains in the bottle for at least 3 months
Life: Vermentino fully expresses its youthful freshness; with time the aromaticity evolves and enhances the tactile sensations linked to the terroir
Description: It has an intense straw yellow color, the nose expresses fresh notes characterized by broom and viburnum flowers. On the palate it is persistent and soft and shows good flavor and freshness. The mineral note seals the persistence.
Pairing: Ideal aperitif, it goes well soups and velvety. It enhances white meats and migratory or permanent feathered game. Second courses of fish from delicate white meat to more substantial fish.
Serving temperature: recommended between 12 and 14 °C
