Description: This wine is produced from the Tuscan Trebbiano, white Malvasia, and Canaiolo grapes after a period of “raisining” (drying) and at least three years in small wooden contai- ners where it is allowed to ferment. It has an intense golden colour and a delicate aroma, which is fruity with nutty undertones; it has an elegant soft, rounded, velvety flavour. It is perfect as a dessert wine for dry pastries and almond-based desserts; excellent when served with fresh or very mature aged cheeses.

Serving temperature: recommended between 12° and 14° C.
